On or about August 31, 2009, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CREDIT SUISSE FIRST BOSTON MORTGAGE SECURITIES CORP., COMMERCIAL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-TFL2 filed an action to foreclose on certain real property owned by BISCAYNE LANDING, LLC.  On September 2, 2009, the Honorable Margarita Esquiroz, Circuit Court Judge in and for Miami-Dade County, Florida, in the case styled Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. v. Biscayne Landing, LLC, et al., Case No.: 09-64005 CA 10, entered an order appointing Charles W. DeSanti as Receiver for the Biscayne Landing Property. The Receiver’s contact information is above.
